The demand for amazing developer tools is growing fast and so is Pusher. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and analytical growth marketer who can join one of our marketing squads to continue fuelling our growth even further. You will be part of a team that has end-to-end responsibilities, and work together towards the goal. The squad is usually responsible for a KPI tied to a step in the funnel or a larger, long term project. Each Squad has autonomy to decide what activity or project to tackle, how to run it, and how to work together while building it. The freedom of their choices and decisions is only limited by the company’s mission, marketing strategy and their assigned goal. A squad is stable and usually work together for a long time through multiple projects, missions and different KPIs.
You will be responsible for leading project squads focussed on delivering new products to market. You will also lead the strategy to take those products to market.
You’ve either worked as a developer professionally or have built a sharp knowledge of what makes developers tick. You understand how developer tools like Pusher equip & empower developers to solve massive business challenges.
You will have a background in building and launching products in the digital sector and hold a degree in Business.
You use a metrics-focused & highly iterative process (dream big, start small) to acquire new users.
Skills needed - things you have done before:
- Create & launch creative awareness campaigns (new landing pages)
- SEO optimisation of our digital properties (blog, marketing websites, etc)
- Performance & conversion optimisation of the critical steps in our funnel (1st visit to $$)
- Leverage videos to reach developer communities and acquire new users
- Ads, if that makes sense
- Create massive campaigns, using data and analysis, that help us make the developer life even easier
